Ours? Taco Night! And not Taco Bell night, but create your own Taco night! The kids love making their own creations (Rachel likes to add some taco ingredients and a taco shell to her sour cream! ) Andrew used to eat just the sides of rice and beans but last night he had a hard taco shell. What had us cracking up during dinner last night is that Andrew kept asking for more "Moons" ~ we realized he was calling the taco shells moons! Ha!
